Privacy requests

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. This is free of charge.

How to make a request

• Send an email to info@quixone.com with the subject "Privacy request".
• Say what you want: access, correction, deletion or objection.
• Tell us which email address your QUIX account or contact request used, so we can find your data.

Confirming who you are

To make sure nobody else can ask for your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request.

What happens next

We answer within one month. If we cannot delete something, for example because the law requires us to keep an invoice, we tell you what we keep and why.

Complaints

If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
